Job Description

Dynamic and proactive Telecaller needed to manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, provide accurate information about services, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students or customers
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to queries with clarity and patience
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Explain services and offers in a clear and convincing manner
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Qualifications

  • Any undergraduate degree
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languageStrong interpersonal and persuasion skillsBasic knowledge of CRM or call tracking softwareAbility to multitask and stay organizedPatience and ability to handle rejection positively

Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: ₹17,000 CTC/Month
