Job Description

Skilled technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
  • Respond to emergency repair calls in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company and safety regulations
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

Qualifications

  • ITI or Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or Refrigeration
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration circuits
  • Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Split, VRF, Chillers, Ductable ACs)Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagramsProficiency in using diagnostic and testing toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and teamwork skills
