Job Description

Monitor and control building systems through BMS software to ensure safety and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

Monitor HVAC, lighting, and fire systems via BMS
Log alerts and coordinate with maintenance teams
Ensure system parameters are within set ranges
Generate periodic reports and logs
Respond to faults and escalate as necessary

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
Minimum 1 year of BMS operation experience

Skills Required

Basic understanding of BMS platforms (Honeywell/Siemens/etc.)Attention to detail and alertnessAbility to work in shiftsCommunication and logging skills
